GLAMRmatch 2025 Reflections

ALIA SNGG GLAMRmatch was celebrated from March to April. This year, we invited ALIA Members and GLAMR professionals to join GLAMRmatch as a GLAMR Protoge or GLAMR Leader.

Breaking down GLAMRmatch into numbers:

• Registration for GLAMRmatch Proteges filled up in 2 weeks and 3 days
• A total of 34 Students joined GLAMRmatch as Proteges
• 10 Graduates
• 12 Early Career Professionals
• 4 Mid Career Professionals
• 8 Established Professional Leaders
• 1 Changing Career Professional
• 1 Late Career Professional

GLAMR Proteges and GLAMR Leaders attended Physical and Online (one-on-one and Group) meetings in the ACT, NT, VIC, QLD, NSW, TAS and SA.

GLAMRmatch participants shared they have interests in Specialist Libraries (Galleries and Museums), Academic, Public, School, TAFE, Law and Health Libraries. Archives and Data management sectors were other areas of interest.
