Update to speakers at ALIA VIC + ALIA SNGG Library Speed Dating Event at PMI Victorian History Library on Sunday, 27th July

Hi ALIA SNGG and GLAMR professionls,

Our speaker list for our collab ALIA Vic and ALIA SNGG Library Speed Dating Event at PMI Victorian History Library has changed. 

Nicole McGrath, Archivist from Museums Victoria is unable to attend on the day. We now have Michaela Hart, Senior Archivist, Department of Health stepping in as our Archivist speaker on the day. Michaela will be available to answer you archive questions.

Accessability Information: 

PMI Vivtorian History Library is located on the first floor. Lift access is available for attendess with wheelchairs, walking frame, crutches and prams.

Public Transport:

Street parking outside PMI Victorian History Library is limited. Disability parking spaces are available but limited.

Parking is available at Parahn Station which is a 2-6 minute walk to the library on St Edmunds Road. Paid parking is available at Prahran Square

Train: From Flinders Station catch the Sandringham Line to Parahn Station. Walk 2-6 minutes to St Edmonds Road.

Tram: From Flinders Street Station walk to Stop 13 Federation Square/Swanston Street catch tram Number 6 (Glen Iris) stop at tram Stop 30 Prahran Station/High Street. Continue walking on High Street (156m)  then turn left onto St Edmonds Road (195m).

From Flinders Street Station walk to Stop 13 Federation Square/Swanston Street catch tram Number 72  (Camberwell) stop at tram Stop 30 Prahran Market/Commerical Road at the corner of Izett Street. Walk 6-minutes to St Edmonds Road. 

From Church Street/Victoria street Richmond, catch tram Number 78 Balaclavia via Prahran. Stop at Stop 46 Chatham Street/Chapel Street. Walk to St Edmnds Road.
