Peer Mentor Matchmaking
The aim of this workshop is to allow each participant to walk away with at least 1 peer mentor (or maybe even more!), someone they can remain in contact with and support throughout their career. It’s a way of making new friends and networking with professionals. Your perfect peer mentor could be waiting for you… you just haven’t met them yet!

Shut Up and Write Tuesdays
Shut Up and Write is exactly what it sounds like. Based on the Pomodoro Technique, this system of working steadily for a set time and enjoying short breaks has been proven to increase productivity. So no more excuses for procrastinating!
Shut up and Write provides the perfect opportunity for you to set aside time specifically for writing. And when you come along and do it with ALIA QLD, you can meet new friends and enjoy a drink as well.
First session held on May 1 2018. More information at https://aliaqld.wordpress.com/
CSU Study Visit Meet Up
Come along and meet fellow students, new graduates and professionals while the CSU students are in town on their study visit. Kick off your year by broadening your GLAMR network.
