2023 has been a year of transformation for the ALIA Students and New Graduates Group.

 In August 2023, we farewelled our old ALIANewGrads WordPress blog and introduced a new revamped ALIA Students and New Graduates Group Site/WordPress Blog. 

• We transitioned our former Mailman elists (ALIA Students & ALIA New Graduates) to a combined ALIA SNGG Microsoft 365 list.
• We renamed our formerly known ALIA New Graduates Group LinkedIn page to ALIA Students and New Graduates Group – adding our logo so you can find us on LinkedIn. 
• We added all of our ALIASNGG links to our ALIA Students and New Graduates Group YouTube Channel.

As a group, we focused on providing Professional Development knowledge and skills, looking at answering questions from students, graduates and ALIA Members.

We created an ALIA SNGG Continuing Professional Development page on our ALIA Students and New Graduates Group Site. A page for students, graduates and ALIA Members to find:

• GLAMR skills & networking skills via ALIA SNGG #GLAMRmatch & ALIA Mentoring Scheme
• Volunteering experience at ALIA SNGG
• An archive of ALIA NGAC #AusLibChat

• ALIA SNGG Book Club (Facebook Group): 260 members and four book club read-along books / ALIA Students and New Graduates Group Facebook 2,458 followers
• ALIA New Graduates Group Instagram 1,077 followers
• ALIANewGrads Twitter 3,004 followers
• ALIA Students and New Graduates Group LinkedIn 113 followers
• ALIANewGrads YouTube 23 subscribers
