ALIA SA Group had their South Australian Library and Information Awards on the  14th November.

Awards were given by Geoff Strempel, Director, State Library of South Australia.

• Sascha Hutchinson was awarded the 2023 South Australia Library and Information Award for her leadership, innovation, and dedication in spearheading the  initiative, ‘Lit for Life’. An initiative that created a library festival with six concil libraries in South Australia.
  Sasha is the  Coordinator of Literacy & Learning at the City of Charles Sturt Libraries.
• Nicole Turner was the South Australian Library and Information Awards runner- up. Library Manager at Cowell School Community Library.
  
• Benita Parsons, Honourable mention.
• Elizabeth Wells, Alex Kane and Deborah Dunt were awarded the Recognition of Excellence awards.
